At Painted Bird Psychotherapy, we believe healing extends beyond the therapy room. Through innovative trauma-informed programming, psychoeducation, community partnerships, and recovery-oriented services, we strive to make healing more accessible, practical, and sustainable.

INTEGRATIVE TRAUMA RECOVERY GROUP (ITRG)
UNDERSTANDING TRAUMA. BUILDING RESILIENCE. RESTORING HOPE.
The Integrative Trauma Recovery Group (ITRG) is a trauma-informed psychoeducational and skills-based program developed to help participants better understand the effects of trauma on the brain, body, emotions, relationships, and overall well-being.
Drawing from neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and resilience research, ITRG provides practical tools that participants can apply in everyday life.

C.A.R.E. GROUP
COMMUNICATION, ATTACHMENT, RESILIENCE & EDUCATION
The C.A.R.E. Group is a psychoeducational program designed to strengthen communication skills, relational awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal resilience.
Participants learn how attachment experiences, communication patterns, emotional responses, and life experiences influence relationships and overall well-being.

C.A.R.E. promotes healthier relationships through education, self-awareness, and practical skill development.
CLINICAL RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES
BRIDGING CLINICAL CARE AND PEER SUPPORT
Painted Bird Psychotherapy is developing a trauma-informed clinical support pathway designed to complement community-based peer recovery services and recovery-oriented programming.
This emerging model reflects our belief that recovery is strengthened when clinical services, peer support, psychoeducation, and community engagement work together.
